after a day of "reflection"

Nile made an announcement this evening as my parents were leaving.  He told us that Sunday isn't his least favorite day anymore. He (very seriously) said, pushing his glasses up on his nose,
"I don't mind going to church anymore.  Cause I realize that some kids don't get to go to church.  They want to go but can't.  But they know that I really need it more, so I get to go.  So now I like Sundays."
Hmmmm....he did get into trouble a lot today (including getting taken out of church by dad for coloring on the pew)...so maybe he did use all of his "time outs" to reflect on his mistakes...or maybe he is just kissing up...we will see what happens next Sunday.
